Our Story
Guidance Medical Personnel began in 1994 as a specialty division of Guidance Services, Inc., a thriving staffing service established in the Financial District of Manhattan back in 1988. Although Wall Street and the world of medical staffing seemed a world apart, the environment and pace of the area suited our style. Rapidly, we established a reputation as the premier medical staffing service of all New York City. Since 1994, Guidance Medical Personnel, Inc. has grown substantially and is now located in several cities throughout the United States.
